Security
Why is the unstaffed vault the safest after all?
Grade 7, the highest level in the Netherlands: strictly personal access with a palm scan and a card, no more than one person per visit, and live camera surveillance.
Are my belongings insured?
Standard guaranteed value up to € 50.000.

When can I visit De ALLSAFE Kluis?
We keep generous opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 18:00, and on Saturday from 9:00 – 17:00.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Yes, during opening hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 - 17:00.
What if I lose my access card?
Don't worry: without your palm scan and access card nobody can open your vault door, not even with the right key. Only one key per vault door is in circulation, and if it is lost the door is replaced entirely. That is done in your presence by a certified specialist, supervised by our security service. The cost can add up and is yours to carry, so it pays to look for the key once more. Contact your branch for more information.

Which vault sizes can you rent?
De ALLSAFE Kluis comes in three sizes:
Standaard: 44 x 26 x 5,5 cm (6,1 L)
Medium: 44 x 26 x 7,5 cm (8,3 L)
Large: 44 x 26 x 12,5 cm (12,5 L)
What does a vault cost?
From € 9,95 per month on a 4-month rental.
Contract
How quickly can I rent a vault?
In many cases you can come to the branch the same day for an ID check, to draw up a contract and to set up your personal access control. Once that is done, you can start using your vault straight away.
Can I share the vault?
Yes, one additional user can be added per vault.
